Mandarin, tea leaves on an elusive strawberry palate. This is glamourous, refined beauty. The Camporenzo vineyard is essentially the family's backyard, three hectares planted in rolling San Pietro hills behind their house. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, Molinara. After picking, placed in wooden vats to be foot-trodden once a day. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aged for four months in small oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered. Organic, biodynamic.
